My Car Situation

I drive a 1996 Jeep Cherokee, with only 43,000 Miles on it. I have had it for a while now, and I have put some cool upgrades and done most of the maintenance for it. I originally got it for 4500, but lately I have wanted something else. It is in great shape, but I just feel bad about getting rid of it.
Lately, I have wanted something a bit more fun, well in my opinion anyway.
I am thinking of either a BMW 325i from the late 80s, also called an E30, or a Diesel Mercedes form the early 80s, like a 300D.
If I sold my jeep, I could probably get more than I paid for it, because it is in perfect shape.
Also, the Mercedes or BMW I want costs far less than even the 4500 I paid for my jeep. This would mean I would have the car I want, and have money left over for what matters, which is my flying.
What should I do here? I am really a bit perplexed.
