1995 transport heater core replacement

Hi, Can anyone give me any info at all on what it's going to take to replace the heater core? It's leaking bad and also no heat. Thank you.

I have not done this one (yet) but here is how someone got to the heater core in a Bonneville, which is quite similar in construction...so maybe it is not necessary to remove the entire unit as suggested above:

A real problem is reaching and releasing the heater core hose clamps, specially with the 3.8 . Here are a few threads addressing the same issue....

I went ahead and did the Evaporator while I was there as well... Didn't ever want to go back in...
