resistance specs for ignition coil 98

Hi--I am trying to check if my ignition coils are the source of my problems. I have two questions:

Does anyone know the resistance specs for these coils when checking ohmms? (Yes, I know I need to get off my butt and buy a repair manual)

And--This coil only has two poles--how do you check primary and secondary windings? or is that N/A for this type of coil?
