2000 Cirrus 2.4L, spark plug hole stripped!!

The #3 spark plag hole on the cylinder head is stripped. Heard a ticking sound coming from the engine on a drive home. Popped the hood and the spark plug itself was loose! The threads were fused on the spark plug. Tried to install new spark plugs but it would not tighten. It would just keep spinning. The other spark plugs tighten just fine. What are my options at this point? Will taking my car to a engine machine shop be worth it or is there a fix that I can do myself that will not break the bank.

There are kits to repair threads for spark plugs. Just any ford tech! They'll know which ones work and which ones don't

What kind of kit would this be?
