alero upgrades

could anybody tell me if these upgrades are worth getting and what kind of mods may need to be done? i found a 75mm mass 02 sensor on jegs and was planning on using a 65-68 mm throttle body from milzy. can i use throttle body spacer on the bigger throttle body and where does the mass o2 sensor go. also are the pacesetter exhaust headers and system any good?

It would help to post the year Alero and engine size.

For example Pacesetter does not make headers for the 3400 V6 but it does for the 2.4L and 2.2L Ecotec engines.

For headers S&S makes them and the cost wasn't that bad. We have the ceramic coated on our '02 GL2. Also, Pacesetter does make a CATBack 2.5" dual outlet exhaust system. See pics. Also, we have the RSM Racing 62mm throttle body, DHP PCM module, FWI/CAI and a few other mods.

The bigger billet 65mm throttle body works but technically you need the machined P&P upper intake manifold and the P&P lower intake manifold. Also, you will need the re-programmed PCM module.

The MAF sensor is located at the output of the air box on the intake ducting but well before the throttle body input. You can see it in the second pic.

are the raw ss headers any good?

Milzy has a good reputation. We've bought hp parts from them before. Probably similar in programming but best to check with them direct. We're getting a P&P upper intake manifold sometime in May from them. The DHP (Digital Horsepower) is the most popular and has been around longer so it is proven.
