Hi all,
Don't know if a thread has covered this, but HLJ have just got this kit in:
http://www.hlj.com/images/fuj/fuj18816box.gif
It's such a fantastic livery, and I was gonna attempt a conversion. Looks like I won't have to now:D, put an order in as soon as I saw it. Apparently comes with wheels, wing and the decals for this version. I suspect that Fujimi have used the road version as a base kit, so looks like an internal conversion instead.

"This kit is a normal Altezza with racing markings. The rear wing, wheels, car number and some parts differ from the box photo. Body molded in red."- From HLJ
Looks like it's another "not as pictured" kit.
Hope you get what you want, because the car looks awesome!

It makes you wonder why they bother putting a picture on the front of the box at all. This is whay I haven't bought a Fujimi kit up to now. The box art always looks good and yet all I hear is bad things about the box contents.

Having bought Fujimi kits before, I am mentally prepared to expect what is not advertised on the box art. I do not mind adding to the kit, I suppose its the decal and wheels I'm really after at the end of the day.

My loyalty always goes to Tamiya - never doubt!
It's just that Fujimi churn out different variants of cars more often than the others. I suppose you've got to admire them in that sense
