1988 New Yorker brake problem

We have a 1988 New Yorker with the anti-lock brakes and we are pretty sure that the brake motor is bad. We heard that there is a way to take the motor and ant-lock system out and just use the brakes as standard brakes. Does anyone here know if that is possible? If not, where could we find a replacement motor?

Thanks,
Lee

Hey Kapo,
Did you ever figure this out? I have the same problem with my 89.

Sorry, we never got an answer. My dad just sold the car off for parts.
