h23 cam specs

I'm curious to know if anyone has the stock cam specs for an h23a. I've looked on various sites around the internet, and have yet to find them. I can't find my service manual (I think I may've loaned it to one of my friends, and chances are I'll never see it again.) I am currently rebuilding my motor, and I'm looking at possible upgrades. If anyone has this information, it'd be appreciated.
