well here is my 2nd Cell shaded vehicle, this one was created from just the outline, no back ground or anything. Tell me what you think. I know the buildings aren't that great, but its something

alright, well it started off as this

then i just used the line tool and drew an outline of the car, windows, reflections, etc. And then I deleted that pic and it left me with just the oultine of the car. Then I just went from there and filled in each section with a shade of blue. then on the brakes, they were completely drawn, except for the caliper, just found a pic of a caliper and sort of outlined it, then filled it in. After I had the body filled in, i had the background black, then from there i went and made the background.
Thanks for all the comments.

I just did a similar project for my advanced computers class in school. Mine is a Golf R32 that i photochopped. I used Adobe Illustrator and used the pen tool to draw the cells. Then i used the gradient tool to shade the cells. I have to Email it to myself, and then i will post it. Unfortunately i dont have Illustator.
Well, that was a mouthful. Anyway yours is damn good. The buildings look awesome. Great skill.
