i could have sworn i saw weight of the vr6 at 3100.
are your weights the euro weights, or US curb weights, which are done with all the fluids in the car as well as the spare and jack.
i know that's not true for all countries vehicle weight listings...
so, are they dry or "wet" weights?

cool, just checking, b/c i know other countries weigh them weird...
like the japanese weigh w/o a spare, gas, people, fluids, tools...
so i figured i'd check...
but i do know that the last time i saw a magazine with weights in it, the one i remember is actually about from 1998 or so, the weight for the vr6 jetta was 3100 something...
