hard to start when hot

i just bought a non running 88 GT lots of electrical issues,3 ECM'S and 100 codes later, now pops up code 11 system pass!! woohoo finally, just got it running after many "tweeks" been under the hood!! anyway i just bought a new starter,battery,and cables now..when the car gets hot "normal opperating temp" and shut it down then goto restart it dosen't..it does have shorty headers, could the be the problem? should i wrap the headers or starter?

Probably bad ignition coil...
