Wet shot is safer.

I dont think you will touch 250whp. I would venture to guess around 225 with spray.

without supporting mods, neither one is exactly safe. with a dry system, its good to have an upgraded fuel system ie: injectors, pump, FPR(since the stock one can't support a high enough range of pressure) .but since 3ss are MAF, you'll probably be fine without an FPR. its also harder to control the a/f ratio with a dry kit (just like how its easier to control fuel with direct injection), which could lead to trouble. on the stock fuel system theres a good chance you could end up lean since the injectors and pump wont be able to supply enough fuel to compensate. what are u using for delivery?

what do mean delivery? its a 75 shot zex dry system?

are you just using a fogger to spray it past the MAF? that would be the typical setup for dry, but i wasnt sure what u were doing

no i beileve we r installing a jet before the maf

thats what i meant. when i said "past the MAF" i meant that the nozzle would be before it so that when it sprays it passes through the sensor. i just worded it kinda stupid.

but anyway, like that you will probably be fine. if you were on turbos then youd probably be lean because the stock fuel system wouldnt be able to balance out the increased air from both turbos and that needed for the NOS. since you have an SL though i think it should be ok.

but wet is actually safer, since its easier to control. if you use the method we just talked about with the MAF sensor, then it just tells your computer that more fuel is needed, due to the colder, denser air from the N2O, and the fuel system does its best to supply what it determines as the needed amount. but it isnt really that precise. if, however, u use a wet system (particularly direct port) you can control EXACTLY how much nitrous and fuel is going into each cylinder.

you could probably find a wikipedia article that would explain all this a little more clearly

EDIT: found one!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nitrous

alot of that is way more technical than you probably need/care to know, but it cant hurt...
