I was in Hong Kong a few weeks ago. Went to all the big model stores in Mong Kok but didn't see much aftermarket and accessories. Only saw regular 1/24 & 1/20 stuff from the major companies, of which there were plenty and at very good prices compare to here in US. Also did not see any resin kits or 1/12 auto kits. If you speak cantonese maybe you can ask the shop owners if they have anything not on display. Since I don't speak their language, and they didn't seem to understand much English, I could only get stuff they had out.

www.modelpower.net

You can see the address at the bottom...actually it's near WAT Models.

And there is another one in Sham Shui Po area (next to Mong Kok Area), name and address is

Fok Lee Model Shop
Address: Ground floor, 66A, Un Chau Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon

Indeed this shop is also near the famous Golden Computer Shopping centre and you have to go early as this shop closes at 7:00pm everyday.

Spot 13 will be open on Saturday only. But there will be plenty of good stuffs there.
The specific address in English:
1/F, No. 63, Sai Yee Street, Mong Kok.

You will see a little old building door and you will have to walk up one stair.
There will be a big billboard writeing "肥青蛙模型" on the street next to the door.

For just injection kits, spot 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, 10, 11 will be always places I went to shop.

Hope you will enjoy your trip~

I highly recommend Fok Lee, their price is fair and they are quite well stocked on PE stuff.
