i have a 2000 buick regal and it was a recall car i think it was the side window bag but it has a sticker on it saying recall fixed but i want to know if the light coming on may have something to do with that air bag light and will they check still as a recall or not

Dealer should be able to confirm if the recall has been done or not. They should just be able to look up the cars serial number, and tell you. They will also tell you if there are any other outstanding recalls as well. Depending on the dealership, they may or may not charge you to check any codes if your light is on.
