95 Chevy S10 fuel pump relay switch

I have a 95 s10 pick up. I replaced the fuel pump today and it was starting fine, but was running rough. Now it acts like it wants to turn over but isn't. I was told to replace the fuel pump relay switch but I don't know where it is located. Any suggestions?

What engine?
Have you checked fuel pressure?
Post back fuel pressure readings.
If you can hear fuel pump run the fuel pump relay is woring.
