Hey guys,
New to this and frankly very happy to know that there is a site like this in existance.
I have a 05' lincoln ls v6 and have come up with a problem. Trying to see if anyone would know what the cure would be.
My headlights, horn, passenger rearview mirror, interior lights do not work at night, and that is all at once/together. Even when I turn the headlights at night manually, they don't work. Oddly, they work when they want to during daytime and that is only sometimes. I figure there is a short somewhere but not sure where or what would cause that. Before I take it to the dealership, just wanted to get a heads up on what might be the problem. I would appreciate anyone with any information on this problem.

They all work together or they all decide to not work all together as well. Have checked all the fuses and bulbs. Everything ok. Wierd.

Welcome to the forum!

I haven't read about that being a common issue on these. Just out of curiosity, do you know the history of your car? Any chance it was in a flood during it's relatively short life? It would seem like you probably have an issue with the Front Electronics Module which is common to all of these systems. You certainly want to doublecheck all the fuses in the Central Junction Box (interior of the car) though before condemning the FEM. I can't say I've ever heard of a FEM failing on one of these cars though.

Have you ever had a water leak on the right side? I had one and it got the fuse panel on the RH side wet enough it corroded it bad enough it had to be replaced it too had mysterious problems it caused. Like draining the battery in a couple days, lights not working, lights on the heating , air conditioning panel on with the switch off. So check the fuse panel out.
