ABS System

Does anyone here understand the ABS system? The vehicle in question is a 1995 Grand Caravan, 3.3 Engine.
The transmission problem seems to be fixed. I'm moving on to the ABS system. The brakes work quite well, but I'm not so sure about the ABS system.
When I start the van all is well. I can drive around city streets all day, and all is well. But as soon as I hit 45 MPH the ABS light flashes on, and stays on until the engine is shut down. It never fails, at 45 the ABS light comes on. The brakes, of course, still work well, but they are apparently without the benefit of ABS.
What's happening here? What happens at 45 MPH that bothers the ABS system? Where should I start looking?
All help and suggestions appreciated.

Come on, now. Somebody must have some idea about this. I can't believe I'm the only person who has had this type of problem.

Head to a well equiped shop with an ABS configured scanner. Short of that inspect all 4 wheel sensors. Zero balance on additional info. Try www.chryslerminivan.net if you don't get what you're looking for.
