My '94 S10 Blazer has a problem, it starts, runs but when is revved or put in gear and try to move it the engine first lopes badly then stalls. I have Checked Fuel pressure and is range.. new cpi spider, distributor good, ignition module good, ecm operating as it should, tps working, no vaccum leaks, and the intake and plenum have new gaskets. Map sensor working properlyand timing is right. What could possibly be my problem? beforei for get it is 4.3 cpi vin # w with 140k miles

Start with the basics: What is the fuel pressure and leakdown rate?

when runing it holds 60-63 and when not runnin 56-58

94 4.3L "W" engine fuel pressure spec is 55psi to 61psi with the key on, engine cold and off. There is no published "engine running" fuel pressure specs, (far too many variables involved). Your pressure is fine, what is the leakdown rate? Fuel pressure must remain above 50psi for 3 to 5 minutes.

fuel pressure indefinatly stays above 55psi

Have you checked/adjusted ignition timing?

O degrees with the EST wire disconnected, (tan wire with black stripe taped to wire harness near the distributor)?

yes and before i would forget it had set off codes 22 and 34 tps voltage low and map voltage low, a possible short? and a code 83?

What order did the DTC's appear when you retrieved them?

83 then 22 and then 34

83 is for reverse inhibit system on vehicles equipped with manual transmission only. That DTC will not turn on the SES.

22 indicates the TPS showed less than .2 volts and 34 indicates no MAP signal was received at the ECM.

If either sensor was disconnected with the ignition in the RUN position, it will set these codes. If that's not the case, look for an open, not shorted, circuit for the TPS and the MAP sensors.

The MAP sensor has 3 wires: Light green, Purple, & grey.

The TPS also has 3 wires: Dark blue, Black, & grey.

Repair them by soldering, not crimp connectors, and use heat shrink tube to insulate/weatherproof them. Post your results.

You'll have to check with a bone yard, they can tell you if they're the same.
