Hey guys. I used to be on this forum every day for I don't know how many years. I recently had a baby and I've been crazy busy. She is 3 months old now and she is doing amazing. This whole dad business is awesome.
Anyway, I still have the GSX. I've actually been doing little things with it when I have free time. It's running great and I'm hoping to hit up a dyno sometime this summer. I've also been cleaning out my garage and finding stuff I didn't know I even had haha. So I'm trying to get everything together and posted up.

Right after the break-in I had it dyned at 280awhp/308ftlbs at 16psi. I've been messing with the setup a little and I'm hoping for closer to 350awhp by mid summer.

Congrats on the baby!
It's good to see a lot of the old time members returning here. Hopefully activity will pick up around here and the forum will be just as busy as it was back in the day.
Are you cleaning out the garage and parting with some stuff?

Yeah I'm parting with a lot of stuff. So far I've gathered up enough head parts to build probably two complete heads haha. I also have that 47 trim turbo that needs rebuilt I'm trying to sell. I've got a set of 4 16" 3rd gen stock alloy rims. And of course boxes of bits and pieces I've gathered over the years that I still need to sort through.
After I got it broke in and dynoed at 280/308 I never got to take it to the track. Sean Glazer (owner of Extreme Motorsports) built the bottom end and tuned the car for me. He said mid 12s and low 12s with some practice. He also told me that my setup is not running nearly efficient as it could be. With some DSM link and a methanol injection kit he estimates easily over 400awhp. Too bad I spent all my money on the expensive shit now, I can't afford the cheaper go fast pieces that I need.

Haha thanks guys. And of course. She will know all about forced induction, A/F ratios, and of course my specialty "on-the-side-of-the-road-repairs" haha.

Fixed it for you. All DSMers have to know how to fix it on the road.
At the North meet, we wired up switch in Dustins car to turn the fans on manually because it was overheating. Did this in the ghetto, on the side of the expressway, while being hustled for changed. (Good times BTW)

Lol, nice. I have similar stories. Some of the worst involve letting the guy you just beat in a race pass you so you can pull over and fix what you broke haha.
