Turn (hazard) lights instead of parking for alarm flashing

Hi. When I installed the alarm (an Ungo MS7000) I wired the flashing signal to the parking lights wires, so when I lock/unlock, it flashes the parking lights.
Since I normally don't like to use the chirp confirmation, just the flashing, i would like the alarm to flash the turn lights instead, because they are much brighter and easier to see (especially from the sides).
Since the bulbs for the turning lights are 25W each, and the parking lights are only 5W, I'm afraid that the increased power consumption might be too much for the alarm 12V signal for flashing.
Has anybody tried this succesfully? Recommendations? Will I have to use a relay (cumbersome)?
Also, does anybody know where to find the wiring for the turn signals (both left and right circuits) in the Civic hatch 98? Thanks a lot
Nicolas

most alarms uses a relay internally for the flashing, and some use an external. A relay is not all the bad cuz you can always stuff under the dash with the rest of the wires.

Anyone knows the wires (and location) for this hookup?
