92 firebird formula help

i have a t5 trans in the bird i put a new clutch in it it works fine. yesterday i drove it fine except when i went into 5th and it acted like it was in neutral sbut now i cant get it in reverse it feels like something is blocking it inside the trans wat could it be need help advice asap?

would a 700r4 trans work what would u put in it
what would be good for a 305 tpi?

You may wantto check the linkage on the T5 and make sure it isn't binding. Also you might have to pull the trans back off and see if the throw out bearing has slipped off.
