Help! Neutral Safety Switch

Does anyone know where to find the neutral safety switch on a 95 Dodge B3500?

The van isn't turning over...no click, nothing. Starter, solenoid, starter relay, ignition switch and battery are all good. The only thing else I can think of is the neutral safety switch. Bought the part but can't find the thing on the van :banghead:

Does anyone know where to find it? Or any ideas on what else might cause the starter not to turn over?

Thanks

It's on the drivers side of the tranny.
