My car has never had those. They are not needed and just get in the way.

You can get rid of them or you can order new ones. All new ones will run you around $70.

Yep, from the dealer. You can try a local dealer as that would save on shipping.

I would try to keep as much of that plastic in place as you can. Either fix it, or replace. Its key to your aerodynamics and engine air flow.

the good of that piece: it does protect against something from the road hitting(breaking) something with your engine
the bad: oil won't drip down, so if you have an oil leak you won't know it till you change you oil.
the eh: not really sure if does all that much for aero, maybe at true high speeds, but average DD'ing i don't think it would. though i'd still love to see a video of a stealth in a wind tunnel

I've had most if not all of the plastic down there removed as well and never had a problem. I'm not necessarily recommending it, but I took off my wheel well when I replaced the oil cooler and never put it back on. The front active aero I ripped off pretty much the first week I had the car (speed bump mod, iirc). And if memory serves me correctly half of the plastic under carriage has been off for awhile as well. No problems thus far.
