It's in pretty bad shape (rust wise). I can't see it going for anything over $2K. That's if the VIN checks out as an RS and the original 307/327 or 350 still resides in it. If the car was someones drag car project, and most of the original drivetrain was swapped out, maybe 1.5K.
NADA lists a 1969 RS (350) used car retail for:
Low
$5,980
Average
$11,765
High
$17,875

If you need to work overtime to just buy this car.... You can not afford what this car will want from your wallet!!!!!

If I had to buy it, I'd give him a couple hundred, max. The exterior is atrocious. There's not telling what else is wrong from those pictures. I think that car is a lost cause :(

another problem that goes wrong with old cars is the rubber window seals can dry-rot and allow water to get into the cars interior and under the carpet, causing rust in the floor pans, which are a pain to replace.
Edit: as said above, if you have to work overtime to get it, it's not worth it. It will cost too much to get it looking decent if you do the bodywork correctly, which would include replacing the sheet metal here by the looks of that rust. Lot's of time and work.

the reason i said i was saving as i didnt know what it would run .. but now that i know i already have the cash for it ...
just wondering and plus i know what the rest of the stuff will run. sand blasting, and media blasting and all and the rear quarter panels is what will cost the most for it and a good paint job as well...

Man that guy treated that car like a piece of shit, the interior and the exterior was treated like a piece of shit, maybe you could give it a good makeover, it still might be worth it, i would only pay in hundreds not 1000's, no more than $950

If I didn't know better I would think its an abused canadian car by the rust...the only plus as a parts car is its an RS..probably more value in the rs light changeover than the rest of the car..
