Head light questions

So, I lost one of the "covers" to my corner light, as in the clear plastic lens that covers the bulb. And I am looking into getting new corner lights, I found some sets for like $30 on ebay but I was wondering should I go ahead and get the one piece headlights that include the corner for $100? The lights I have now are pretty scratched but they have been "repaired" (polished) and look ok, but they obviously are not new. http://tinyurl.com/dlr4vq that is the one piece headlight and http://tinyurl.com/d93t6u is just the corner light.

Any advice on what the end result will look like and how hard it will be to install is welcome. also I should still be able to use OEM bulbs with these correct?
