Whenever I turn my asc button on then engage my cruise control and take my foot off the gas my `94 dodge stealth slows down, RPMs drop and MPH drop. Then it surges... I have no idea what the problem could be. Can someoen offer some advice? Do I need to replace the whole module?

Okay, I looked at a lot of vacuum line but I couldn't find any that had cracks in them or where loose. Although.... I'm not going to lie to you.... I kind of don't know which ones are for the cruise control, that could be my other problem.

The cruise box is on the drivers side fender area. Look at the vac lines in that area.

Okay, I checked them. And I moved them around and pushed them on a bit more. It helped quite a bit. But it still ooses a bit of speed. Is there anything else that can help?
