Were you cutting and splicing wires when putting the new one in or something? I don't really see any reason for so many problems unless that is what you were doing and happened to cross some wires that you shouldn't have... Possibly fried some relays?
**EDIT**
Did you disconnect a ground somewhere? It sounds like there could be a central ground for several things that isn't connected...

Check all your fuses, there are several that feed those circuits that go to the radio.

i accually dident cut or splice any wires and all the fuses have been checked.. the grounds are fine too.. it is possible that the wires may have touched accidently but im not positive of that so idk.. and wouldent that have just blown a fuse? its just very wierd that so many things dont work all because of one thing?

Did you check with a test light or your eyes? You should check both sides of the fuse with a test light to make sure it isn't blown. Make sure you look under the hood and the dash.

I'm actually having the exact same problem right now. I was gonna make a new post about it. I tested all the larger fuses with a tester light from the local autozone; all green on the larger ones but no luck getting the smaller fuses tested. I got no door locks unless its on, that orange display wont turn on, my radio has no power, no dome lights, no accessory area lights, and no HUD needle lights. All I did was try and take out my head unit and kaputz
