94 f150 heating up???

I have put a new water pump on it last year I just put a new radiador cap last week and a new thermostat (195f) as well as new fluid but its still heating up. It's not over heating but its normal temp is generally with the arrow on the (o) and still after doing everything listed the temp is at the (L) but not to the (H) HOT if you can help I am open to anything thanks

did you burp the system of air open the cap and let it run till hot check the hoses for heat the t stat may be bad even if it is new

I was told it my me the radiator stopping up what do you think
