Removing moldings on 96

How do you remove:
1. The molding on top of the door at the bottom of the front window that has the rubber weatherstrip that rests against the glass (has chrome strip across the front). I can see one screw inside the door, but where is the other one?
2. The chrome on my body side moldings is peeling, is there a way to remove just the chrome, or if not how do you remove the whole side molding?
3. The rubber w/s on very the bottom of the door that seals against the rocker panel? Also, is that rubber supposed to go all the way across the bottom? Mine has a 1 inch area in front that looks like it's missing.
