Another TBI problem

Have ran into another problem. I am getting a IACV code. I have checked the IACV and it shows to be good with ohm meter. When I start the truck it spits and sputters for a few seconds. It will clear up and idle high and then the SES light comes on. 93' GMC k1500 w/5.7. Any suggestions?

There is a special tool that can test the operation of the IAC. You should make sure that you have no vacuum leaks since the code can be set if the IAC can not adjust the idle speed.
