Rear wiper not working

I have a 2005 Uplander and the rear wiper just stopped working and now it is on the opposite side it usually rests on. Any ideas? thanks

Probably the wiper motor. We purchased an used 06 last November and luckily I thought to check the rear wiper as it did not work. They ended up having to replace the motor.
