87 f150 codes

I have an 87 f150 with a 5.8. I have a code reader that told me the codes 22 which is a map sensor out of range? so i replaced it. and 53 throttle position sesnor is getting to high voltage i replaced this too. and 87 primary fuel circut failure or temp compensated pump solenoid out of range? it would start with a shot of ether then i would have to keep tapping the gas pedal to keep it running it would go up to 3000 rpms and want to sputter out then i unhook the map sensor and it would idle on its own. anyone have anything like this happen?
