'79 Chevy Ventura Van question.

I'm wondering what the best way to remove the engine would be. I'm not sure whether trying to remove it from the top or dropping it out of the bottom would be better. Please help. The van has been sold and the new owner is not going to need the engine and does not know howto properly remove it. Thanks, in advance, for your help.

I always pull front end grill stuff off and cheery pick the engine out from front.
