in the mornings when its cold or when i havent driven the car in a day or two i have to keep cranking it to eventually get it to start. retards at the dealership said it was battery and it hasnt made a difference. whats up?

Look to the basics first. What is the age/condition of the plugs and wires? Worn plugs and wires are the most common causes of fussy starting. Less common would be a failing fuel pressure regulator or a failing fuel pump.
