1999 ford contour charging problems

Please help! I have a 1999 ford contour I have had the battery checked and charged twice, the alternator checked and told it was OK. but the car continues to drain the battery. No lights come on to say there is a battery or chargeing problem. I have had it in the shop twice now and it is my 18 year old daughters car. Im scared to let her drive it at all now. I'm posting here just in case someone else has this problem. Did you check the mega fuse? If the alternator goes, generally this goes too.
