B20 with GSR head: Valve clearance problems

Can anyone fill me in on the valve clearance problems when a GSR head is used in a B20VTEC. I know the dome of the head is lower than that of the b16/b18c5 head. I've heard that you can use the right pistons (not domed I'd assume) to avoid problems with smashing valves. Anyone out there know anything about this?
