neons/lights???

would you guys consider neons and like other lights outside of your car gay???i personal like the looks make the car looks awesome i cant wait till i finish my car and can get shit like that............j/w

yes, but to me it only really looks right with the right car, body style, or color. There is a nice Celica down here, not one of the newer ones im thinking maybe a 96 not sure, its black, has a green splash graffic on the side, and blue underbody lights, its very nice

it's not my "cup of tea" but I do like it. I wouldn't do it on my cars, but I like it. I like neon on the inside better. I have a small blue neon tube under my seats in my Black 92. Looks very nice at night. It just gives you that little something, just light illumination, so it's no so dark.
My friend has a 98 Cavalier with custom pearl white paint on it, he had out a whit neon kit under the car. It looks so hot at night. The light is so white, I really can't describe it. I t has to be seen. I will try to get a pic of it for you.

I love the neon underbody kits and lights on the inside also. I am going to get an underbody kit for my hatch.

they are illegal in New York.

I think the law in PA is that it's illegal if you can see the actual neon tubes...having them hidden completely in or under the car is ok though i think...not 100% sure about that though.

I have 2 neons under my dash and a blue under car kit which is going on next week. I bought it like a year ago when I was actually rich. I think they look good in moderation. They are illegal here but meh whatever! My whole car is illegal! haha;)

i wanna get a 3 inch black light and put it in my console in the top so it glows and maybe one under my glovebox or 2 beside my subs but i dunno how 2 hook them up, it would be awesome if u lemme know how to, thanx man

You want my opnion ? I don't care for them anymore that a APC sticker.

i have to red neon lights under my dash, one on the driver side, and one on the passenger side. Yes it is illegal to drive with any neon lights on the outside, ie washer nozzel lights, body kits. But with a toggle switch you can turn those on and off as you please. I have been pulled over twice, both times with my inside neons on, never said anything.

just wanted 2 add something quick, my buddy was told by a cop u can only have white LED washer lights, all other colours r illegal if ur moving

the neons I bought are very easy to hook up. just two wires, and a switch. I screwed them to the bottom of each seat.

alright sounds easy enuf, i guess most neons would b like that huh?
i just hope i dont hafta put a fuse in it thats all, just hook it to the battery to a fuse in the wires then the switch or something like that

i just hooked mine up to a cig addapter.
