like the part where you put the dip stick in to check the level of oil..someway somehow i pulled the whole thing out..i've been trying for like the past 30 mins to find where it goes..i have class in about 2hrs...is it ok to drive my car without that piece in place?
i plan on going to the shop to have it put back in...but im not sure if i should risk driving it witout the shaft in place..will something happen??

I'm not sure but I wouldn't chance it. If nobody responds by the time u go to class just find a ride or stay home. I'm imagining that it will leak like crazy once you start it up. Then again I have no idea.

i got it fixed..turns out the shaft is too big for my engine...i guess the guy who had it before me toyed with it while he was toying with the carb..
on the way to the mechanic which is only about 10 mins away...my flows were smoking pretty bad...when we popped the hood it was so much smoke it looked like a mini fire had happened under there..of course it didnt
