Is it just me who has tire rub problems? I'll get right to the point. My car is a 94civic lowerd 1.5 front and 1.7 in the back.Eibach springs and tokico 5 way adjustable I have them on 5 and the still rub. Also i have strut bar on the front upper( like it really helps?) Someone told me that it could be my offset. But what the hell is that and how do u check it.Oh I almost forgot I have 17''rims.

17's usually rub without a lower, but on some cars its different but im guessing its the 17 wheels.

Offset can be positive or negative. A higher number offset (ie: 45mm) pulls the wheels more towards the center of the car. A lower offset (ie: 37mm) will push the wheels further out from the center of the car.
On a Civic you need a 7" wide wheel with a 42-44mm offset and 205/40x17" tires in most cases not to rub.
The offset and wheel size should be stamped on the inside of the wheel.
