If I leave my car to sit for three days, it will not start. Jump start and it is good to go.
So, I get out my handy dandy test light, that I know is supposed to go in the trash, but is all I got right now. Remove the negative battery cable, attach my alligator clip to the negitive battery cable, and the test needle to the negitive battery post. The light lights right up, so I start to pull fuses. Afetr pulling all the fuses inside, nothing, so i go to the engine bay. get them all pulled and the only one that shuts my light off is BATT 1 40amp.
Now what do i do? What the heck is BATT1 fuse hooked to?
Thank You!

My library card number is 123456789, you can use mine :)
I just tried it, and it worked... go figure :)
looks like BATT1 goes to many other fuses... did you pull the ones in the LH of the dash where the door opens? Jamb something in the door switch, that way the car will "think" the door's shut.

If you disconnect the negative cable and attach a light tester to the neg cable and probe the neg terminal of the battery, you are creating a full circuit, so yeah it's going light up.
How old is your battery ?
And how many volts is it holding when the car is off?
And how many volts while its running ?

They only light up if there is enough parasitic draw to light the light (usually about .5A), although after re-reading the original post, I noticed the test was done wrong. You have to jump the test light after you connect the test light to give the car full power, then after 30 seconds you remove the jumper and see if the light comes on. You really should get a cheap ammeter, the test light is really not very accurate for this test.
