95 riv digital gear display

has anyone ever had a problem with there digital gear display (pnd321) on the dash flashing as if it was giving some kind of code 95 sc 3.8 mine has been doing it for about 6 months

Nuetral Safety Switch Bad. Located on top of transmission at gear selector linkage. Had this problem about a month ago and solved the problem.
