I've replaced the TPS and put on a new IAC , I've replaced the intake gaskets. The car starts go , but goes into high idle, I'm losted HELP

How long does it remain @ high idle? They should always go into high idle when first started. When cold, they will remain @ high idle for a few min's. When hot they will only stay high for a few seconds.
