usually around 30 35 psi but now for the past week it runs at 40 45 . never ran this high before and if it did it would go back down after wharm up. last oil change was about 4000mi ago first time i used synthetic blend but this problem just started. found some somewhere online about the remote oil lines could be the cause for the high pressure. any other ideas? can u easly test oil relief valve? also Orangeish brownish gunk in radiator on top and coating in side even after i replaced leaking radiator flushed many times keeps cumin back. other note put fuel saving chip in 2 weeks ago made engine run smoother, and added new intake with filter, doubt the intake has any thing to do with it , maybe the chip?

Do not tell anyone.
Fuel chips are illegal.
Chip has nothing to do with oil pressure raising.
Check fuel pressure with a manual oil pressure test gauge.
Post back actual pressure.

I think mt was trying to say check your oil pressure with a manual oil pressure gauge. You could have a bad oil pressure sending unit or a bad gauge. Ya and the accessories you put on would have no effect on oil pressure. Only your oil pump controls pressure.
