Novus Polish, 3M Plastic Polish and even Tamiya Compound will work fine on most windows. If it's more than just a superficial scratch, you'll have to approach it just like polishing paint in that you might have to use some very fine grit sand paper.:)

Chain, you wish something happened to my Renault don't you? hehehe
Anyway, I got to finish the 206 asap so I'm rushing this job abit. I just need to get the car windows scratches fix and respray the body and I'm almost done. Will take a few pics once it's done.

Might sound a bit drastic but I've had success in the past by wet sanding the clear part with fine sandpaper. Then using Tamiya Polishing Compound on a soft cloth to bring back the shine. Works really well, you'd never know there had been a scratch there before.
Only tried it on Tamiya windscreens though. Other brands may use other types of plastic that will give different results. Also be very careful handling clear parts - they are more brittle than regular styrene and will crack quite easily.

If they are not deep scratches i apply a coat or two of Future floor polish.
