Arggg

Ok I need a question answered please. Here is the story. I have a 93 Eclipse 1.8. Bought it 3 weeks ago got scammed and all hell breaking loose. Anyway, to the tune of $1500 I just go the transmission rebuilt today. But Im looking over the parts list and they have a Eclipse 2.0L Torque converter in there. So the question is, are they the same ones? If not is this a good thing or bad thing. I'm supposed to bring it back in 10 days for a checkup and I have a 1 year warranty on the transmission now, but if this is a bad thing I want it changed now, else with my luck (and its REAL bad lately) it will go 1 year and 1 hour later.
Any info would help!

Don't get it. It won't work with your car. The 1.8 & 2.0 are completely different motors.
