my question is can i use a blower motor resistor from a town&country on my LHS.My car has ATC and by the photo they look a like.I am more than sure it will fit but will it work.new resistor for my car in Canada cost around 300 and one for chrysler town&country is about 80.its a major save.
if any one knows something about this please reply.

Usually the "blower motor resistor" is actually a module. You didn't say what year your car is, but the 93-97 models with the ATC used what is called a "14 speed blower power module". The blower motor's speed was controlled electronicly (much like the volume up and down buttons on today's radios) by the vehicles body control module in relation to the cabin temp sensors and other sensors on the vehicle.

I would make positively sure that module from the T/C is completely compatible with your car before plugging it in, if not, then you risk the extreme possibility of damaging a lot of other components in the module chain. You thought the blower module is expensive? Price a BCM or PCM module some time, not cheap.
