Hi Guys,
My battery died recently and radio/tape player won't work any more. I had bought this car from a 3rd owner ( I am the 4th), so never got a owners manual or code card etc. I wonder if some one please help me with finding the code - the dealer is asking for an arm & a leg - I am not in a position to pay.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here is the info from the tape player:
Model No. 39100-SW5-A000
Ref. No. CQ-JH3410A
Serial No. 94A106721
Please let me know if any other info relating to my car is needed.
Regards

you have to call an acura dealer with the serial number
honda-tech was doing this online but....

hmm, Try this first - turn your car key to the ON position. While you radio is OFF, hold down the 1 and 6 buttons and turn the radio on. More recent models will display the anti-theft radio code, if it does, write it down. If yours does not, go bck to a dealer for the code?!?

no prob; if the dealer won't give you the code over the phone, try to find a few members there that actually work for honda! they'll PM you the code instead of putting up on the internet forums... GL!
