87 Blazer TBI no fuel

Greetings,
Recently my brother pulled my battery out of my truck to jump his (ASS) with out my knowing it. Now not only is there no fuel pump running but the radio is just static and gets no station like it isnt hooked up right??
Everything was working before this except there was a wire running from the battery to the alternator that I replaced because the vehiclewouldnt even turn on without it>
I replaced that wire with a much larger wire because it was all Ihad.
I do not know how to test the relay nor can I find the wires to the fuel pump. When I find the wires can I just hook power to them to see if the pump works ??
Also how do I test the relay. There are 3 boxes on the drivers side on the fender under the hood ..Which one is which. One is the relay and one is the fuse?? or??
also I looked in the back of the glove box and opened the little panel but cant see anything in there? Isnt that where the ecm is supposed to be? Does it make sense that the radio is acting all screwed now. its like there are no stations like it is not groundedor getting power in the ground ?/
I needa good fuse layout too Ican barelysee the fuse panel under the drivers side dash (they stuck it up there really inaccessibly).
EVERYTHING WORKED PERFECTLY UNTIL THIS PULLINGOF THE BATTERY.
Also anyone know a good trick to get the emmissions down foraircare. I failed just barelythey said so it is running to rich or??

What engine and S-10 or Big blazer?
On fuses get a test light and ket on check all of them on both sides for 12 volts.
If you find any blowed replace them.
To check fuel pump check for 12 volts on G terminal of diagnostic connector.
If no 12 volts jumper fused 12 volts jumper to G terminal.
Fuel pump shopuld run.
Does it run with G terminal jumped?
