Mazda 3i won't start, clutch stuck!

Help! My 05 Mazda 3i wouldn't start this morning. It was below freezing (not by much), below 1/4 gas in car...
Car turned over once - sort of, clutch was a bit sticky - and then the electronics went COMPLETELY haywire! headlights blinking, all dash lights on, disk player spitting out CDs...
Now, just putting the key in to turn on the electronics, all dash lights are on and you can't push in the clutch AT ALL.
what's going on?! has this happened to anyone before - do I need to call for a tow?!

Let it thaw out a bit and see if it's just some ice on the throwout bearing.
