What are the size of my front speakers and do i have to take the door panel off to get at them?

Yes you do need to remove the door panel to remove the speakers. I think the speaker size is small, 4x6 or something close.
You might even be able to get a 6" round in there. They'll handle more watts then a standard 4x6".
